You, the Consignor will receive 40% of the selling price. A minimum reserve can be set on high end items. We take 25% comm on Designer labels.

We aim to sell it within 3 months, if it hasn't and no interest has been shown, then a 20% discount will be offered on the item. The discount is split 50/50 with consignor and The Backroom.

We uplift the clothes once we feel it's had enough time on the floor, it is neatly packed into bags with your code on. You are then contacted to collect it by a certain date. Failing to collect by that date with no correspondence from your side will result in donation.

Yes we do, we make you an offer for your clothes, which means you don't have to wait for it to sell. This will be less than what you would get if you had to consign.

As a rule we do not do third-time around and it is at our discretion whether or not we want it back in store.

Yes we do. Vouchers must be used as a once off and no change will be given. Vouchers are valid for 1 year.
